No Returns on Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been purchased or downloaded.

Damages and Issues
If you experience any issues with your digital product—such as corrupted files, download problems, or you received the wrong product—please contact us immediately at sales.bergcodex@gmail.com . We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement file or technical support.

Refunds
Refunds for digital products are only issued in the case of technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product or if you receive the wrong item. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Consumer Right
For customers in the European Union, the 14-day “cooling-off” period does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase, as permitted under EU law.
