Refund policy

No Returns on Digital Products All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the item has been purchased or downloaded.

Damages and Issues If you experience any issues with your digital product — such as corrupted files, download problems (including failure to receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase), or you received the wrong product — please contact us immediately at sales.bergcodex@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement file or technical support.

Refunds Refunds for digital products are only issued in cases of verified technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product (e.g., files that cannot be opened, corrupted downloads, or failure to receive the download link) or if you receive the wrong item. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where the product has been successfully delivered and downloaded.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal For customers in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, as permitted under EU law (Directive 2019/770). By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
